ANVIL INDUSTRIAL PROPRIETARY TECHNOLOGY
Our patented data center heat removal technology (Orthogonal CoolingTM) leverages a combination of active and passive thermal data center processes for removing heat from data center environments having computing equipment, networking equipment, and/or power distribution systems. This system effectively makes a traditional “closed loop” data center cooling system an “open loop” system with higher energy efficiency through the use of naturally occurring convection system and other proprietary technology.

Anvil’s technology has Orthogonal CoolingTM - Anvil’s chilling units act as primary heat removal system and can be installed in existing data centers, while the existing HVAC provides a back-up, secondary, independent, source of cooling.
Anvil technology allows for more power to go to the rack vs. being consumed by cooling equipment, resulting in Anvil powered data centers operating at industry low power usage effectiveness (PUE) ratings.
Anvil’s technology reduces a data center’s carbon footprint, by not re-cooling hot air, instead dispelling hot air through convection, and using evaporative cooling technology to cool data center equipment.
Traditional data centers operate at 5kW per rack, but Anvil’s heat removal technology can enable high density servers using > 10kW per rack or > 150W / sf.
Anvil’s patented technology leverages convection process to dispel hot air and evaporative cooling in a proprietary chill box to manage data center temperature.

In addition, the technology can be deployed in brownfield data centers at substantially less than typical construction and modification cost to “modernize” brownfield data centers.

Run and Fill
Anvil Industrial will install its technology at your facility, and Anvil will also be responsible for the management and operations of the data center for a fee, while you retain ownership.
LEASE
Anvil Industrial will enter a master lease agreement for your data center facilities and will be responsible for operations and incurred expenses, including utility charges. You retain the discretion to be a customer of the data center.
BUY
Anvil Industrial / 3.5.7.11 will purchase your data center facilities. You retain discretion to remain a customer of the data center.
Value Share
Anvil Industrial will install its technology at your facility at no upfront cost to you, and will enter an agreement to share in the electric utility savings achieved as result of Anvil’s technology.
